Gripple wire tensioners are used for tensioning and merging of wire in orchards, vineyards, fence systems, greenhouses, or everywhere where it is needed to tense the wire.
For installation of gripple tensioners, the wire has to be disconnected. A special tensioning tool with integrated measurer of wire tension is used for connecting and tensioning the wire. Gripple wire tensioners are available in different sizes, depending on the thickness of the wire. Gripple can be used with: black, galvanized, inox or PVC wire.
Sizes:
Small – for thickness of the wire 1,4 mm – 2,2 mm
Medium – for thickness of wire 2 mm – 3,25 mm
Large – for thickness of the wire 3,25 mm – 4, 2 mm
