For most vole traps it is necessary to dig a hole and opening the tunnel. This is not easy and it takes a lot of skill and suitable tools. With our Professional Vole Trap you will need neither tools nor skill.
Simply collapse the tunnel with your foot. This is easy to do, as the tunnels are usually just under the lawn surface and quite visible. At the collapsed spot, the trap is stuck into the ground, so that the jaws are in the middle of the passage.
Tension the trap by stepping onto its latch. This will lower the trigger into the corridor. Once a vole tries to dig open the tunnel, the trigger will move upwards and the trap will snap shut.
As the latch will pop up when the trap is triggered, you can monitor the trap without having to pull it out of the ground.
